For breastmilk, up to 5ml is plenty and we are happy to use less. For ashes, no more than a teaspoon, and any unused ashes are always returned to you with care. For hair or fur, even a single strand works, though a matchstick sized amount is ideal for more detailed designs. Once your order is placed we post you a collection kit with everything you need to return your inclusions safely, along with a ring sizer.
